Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 72 hours and shipped same or next day if in stock. Items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered will have delivery timeframe provided as soon as the factory updates us on a delivery timeframe. We will try to provide an accurate time frame based on best available information, however Shaftworks USA, Inc. does not guarantee a delivery date for out of stock or customer order items that are or pre-ordered or back-ordered. 

Buyer must notify Shaftworks USA, Inc. by email or in the online order notes for any special shipping arrangements such as specific shipment date, delivery date, etc. 

All PO BOX and APO/FPO addresses must select USPS as a shipping method because UPS does not deliver to PO BOX and APO/FPO addresses.

All shipments that are refused or undeliverable are subjected to additional shipping costs and/or the restocking fee of 20%.  Signature may be required for some packages. If you have received an incorrect item, please notify us within 2 days of receiving the item. 

Shipping & Handling

All packages leaving our warehouse are carefully packaged, insulated, and inspected for accuracy.  If you received a package that appears to be damaged, please inspect in presence of carrier before signing.  All damage claims will be made with our cargo insurance carrier or respective parcel/freight insurance carrier and ShaftWorks USA will ship you replacement item(s) after the claim has been processed and reimbursed. If a replacement item is not available, Shaftworks USA will refund you the item(s) amount after the claim has been process and reimbursed accordingly.

Shipping Transit Times

Delivery times do not include processing time.

Delivery times are specified in business days, Monday to Friday, and begins the day after the shipped date. For example, if a package was shipped on Monday and will take 3 days to arrive, then the delivery day will be Thursday.

Major observed holidays in the United States are not counted as transit days.

Guaranteed services are guaranteed from the date of shipping. Please contact us to check stock or inquire about different shipping options if the items you need are time sensitive. 

Customs & Brokerage Fees: 

All international shipments are subject to fees and duties according to the customs law in the destination country. ShaftWorks USA is not responsible for payment of duties and/or customs fees. The amount that is charged varies for each country and we do not know what you will be charged. Please contact us if you have any questions about this.
