Make sure the diff is tightly packed. If you can hear it move, its not tight enough. You don't want the LSD to punch out of the box and go missing in transit.
Remove the ring gear, the side bearings can be left alone. If you wish to reuse the side bearings, make sure the package is very tightly packed so that the diff can't damage the bearings.
If new, ignore the side bearing notes.
Lastly, please pay for the service prior to shipping. That way I can ship this back to you ASAP once the work is complete. Return shipping is included.
One would purchase this service voucher to be applied to USED OS Giken Super Lock LSD's. It is the responsibility of the end user to ship their LSD unit to us, the service includes ground shipping return to Domestic (USA) 48 State only.
The LSD must not have the ring gear attached. The side bearings can remain on as it does not hinder us from servicing the unit.
